Appointments Once your appointment is confirmed, we’ll share the exclusive location details with you. To secure your appointment, a valid card must be kept on file and a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This ensures your spot is reserved and goes toward your final service total. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding! Your card will be securely kept on file for future bookings, but rest assured — it will never be charged without your prior knowledge or consent. We value your trust and privacy! We love keeping things simple — we prefer cash for your appointment! However, we also happily accept Apple Pay and Cash App for your convenience. Rules Please arrive on time for your appointment — no extra guests, please. If you're more than 10 minutes late, we’ll need to cancel your appointment and it will be treated as a no-call, no-show. We value your time and ours, so let’s make the most of it. Cancellation We understand that life can get busy! To ensure the best service for all our clients, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In the event of a no-call, no-show, a charge of 20% of the service fee will apply. Deposit Please Note: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied to your final service total. If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. If you need to reschedule, your original deposit will still be applied to your new appointment date. We kindly ask that you review our full cancellation policy before booking. Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can get busy! To ensure the best service for all our clients, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee.
